Fall 2024. Built to wire the AlignWellness footprint into a private alliance.

Once Align was structurally healthy, we needed a way to turn the clinic footprint into unfair distribution — without grafting on a generic agency model.

Silver Birch Growth was stood up to do exactly that: an invite-only network of senior operators from digitally-oriented brands and technology companies, pulling exclusive deals and pointing them at the RDG portfolio and its members.

Participants get inside-lane access to emerging innovations, consulting engagements, advisory and board roles. Brands get a private surface into clinics, members, and a curated peer set. RDG companies get distribution that can't be bought on the open market.
