The mechanism is a proprietary scoring system that weighs potential alongside lived experience. Partners include notaries, law firms, and background-clearing companies — bridging tech, talent, and second chances at institutional speed.
Candidates move into six-figure operator roles inside SBG portfolio companies, often before traditional background processes finish clearing. The compounding upside isn't philanthropic — it's a structurally different talent base.

2025. Closed-room pilot. Strong institutional interest.
We ran the 2025 pilot inside the RDG ecosystem to validate the scoring engine, the partner stack, and the placement quality before exposing it to the public market.
The pilot showed strong institutional interest — from clinic operators inside Align, brand partners inside SBG, and adjacent professional services firms that wanted access to the same pipeline.
What worked: candidates with high potential scores, properly partnered with notary and legal infrastructure, integrated cleanly into operator roles inside portfolio companies. The friction lived in the legacy background process, not in the candidates.

Sequenced after ScaleHealth · mid-to-late Fall 2026 · B Corp path thereafter.
Reforged's public launch is intentionally sequenced to come after ScaleHealth so the SBG distribution layer it runs on is operating at full strength.
Public launch is targeted for mid-to-late Fall 2026, with B Corp certification planned thereafter. By the launch window, the SBG ecosystem will already have ScaleHealth, the AIforHealth Alliance, and the Align footprint moving at scale — Reforged is the social-mission flywheel that runs through all of them.
It's the part of the holding company that exists for reasons beyond returns — and structurally improves the returns at the same time.

Reforged opens to the public on top of an already-running SBG, ScaleHealth, and Align stack. The launch is a switch-on, not a build.
Post-Launch
B Corp certification pursued after public launch — formalizing the social-mission flywheel that runs through every RDG holding.
