Scale Health surfaces alliance-vetted offerings into customer journeys across the Align partner-location footprint. AlignWellness gives the alliance a real, owned brick-and-mortar surface for testing supplier and product partnerships. SBG routes alliance brands and operators into the broader growth network. Reforged plugs into the alliance's hiring and operator gaps.
Each direction reinforces the others. A supplier who joins for Scale Health distribution gets the SBG operating advisory; an operator who joins for the playbooks gets first access to the Align supplier deals.
Chapter V
Every new acquisition starts with an alliance relationship. The alliance is the soft entry; ownership is the long edge.
