AIforHealth is the horizontal layer the rest of the portfolio sits inside of. A private alliance of North American health and wellness operators sharing what is actually working, on infrastructure already built for them.

ScaleHealth surfaces alliance-vetted offerings into customer journeys across the Align clinic footprint. AlignWellness gives the alliance a real, owned brick-and-mortar surface for testing supplier and product partnerships. SBG and ShopDot route alliance brands and operators into the broader growth network. Reforged plugs into the alliance's hiring and operator gaps.

Each direction reinforces the others. A supplier who joins for ScaleHealth distribution gets the SBG operating advisory; an operator who joins for the playbooks gets first access to the Align supplier deals.
